O período mais seco desde 1869 ---- The driest period since 1869
Nossa nem acredito que estou dizendo isso, mas estou mega feliz que tem chovido todos os dias desde o último domingo (16 de março de 2014), pois não chovia desde janeiro em Cinga!!! O maior período de seca desde 1869 de acordo com a 'National Environment Agency'. Ja estava ficando dificil para respirar, além de andar pela cidade e ver todo o gramado, plantas, árvores mortas ou morrendo... uma cidade amarelada, com carinha de doente... muito triste....

E esta seca não foi só por aqui não, na Indonésia e Malásia também as coisas não estavam diferentes, no entanto que as queimadas ilegais iniciaram-se mais cedo e o "HAZE', fumaça de poluição chegou por aqui bem mais cedo que o normal, chegando a mais de 100PSI em algumas regiões durante alguns dias. O "haze" geralmente aparece no mês de junho, período que muitos viajam, pois fica muito mas muito dificil andar na rua, e todos utilizam mascaras próprias a N95 para não prejudicar tanto a saúde. O site da American Lung Association faz ótimas recomendações quando em situação do ar está crítico.
